Report of Regular Meeting September 2002

Regular meeting (EMC night) in September was done on the YMCA international service center hall. To this regular meeting, we invited leaders sent to Frost Valley from Japan to learn once more about the function of YMCA and the youngster. The moderating is Mr. Shigemitsu Sindo, Chairman of EMC Commitee. We open in the appointed time.
Mr. Ryozo Matsumoto did a business foundation report. We approved it by the clapping. There were appeals: participate in the street collections of the International Cooperation Fund in Shibuya station of September 28th; participate in the Tokyo and Beijing YMCA Partnership tenth anniversary commemoration visit to China. Member news was introduced: Ms. Matsuko Kobayashi is making efforts toward the caring for her husband; Mr. Shigeo Matsumoto is putting an effort into the galay at the Shiba Shimmei Shrine.
After the dinner, we turned around and the tenderly overflowing mood drifted. There is a camp from one week to four weeks in Frost Valley and moreover there is a camp of the special programs such as the language study, the infant. They declared the schedule of the handwriting at the large sheet paper. They digitized a photograph and used a projector. They introduced to the fact of each camp one after another lightly from the leadership training. And last, they all the members stood before in line; they chorused camp song "brightening tomorrow". The audience did at the summation to it by the handclap and rose up.

In the auction, Mr. Akira Takahashi, immediately ahead of the new school term, did a driving with power for the voice seasoning and contributed to the sales improvement.
Incidentally, rosters of Japan East-West Regions were sold. The closing chime at 8:45.
