Report of Regular Meeting October 2002

The regular meeting in October is IBC night. The guest speaker was Mr. Tokuhiko Gondo, ASD of MC in the Asia area. Also, we planned to approve a previous year settlement of accounts plan late for one month.
It was put together at the beginning of the program. Because the attendee didn't reach 19 of the quorums then, we sent it at the end. When 20 attended, the Past President presented a settlement of accounts plan and Mr. Kazuo Sato did an inspection report. He said: "I take charge of the inspection of this term. To inspect a thing for old period is exceptional. Two members aren't supplying a membership fee yet. There are too much surpluses and balance carried forward money to the annual budget. We should take measures, being prompt." He pointed out so, but we approved a settlement of accounts plan by all the member agreeing and approved it.
Before this, as the last budget implementation, the Past President passed Bangladesh scholarship to the staff of YMCA.

After the dinner, Mr. Gondo made a speech: "Beyond the distance". He talked about how to plot mutual understanding to the young generation. He put up the photograph in the earth which was seen from the moon. The god who created these universes is encouraging me now: "Live". He talked so and all of the attendee remembered the mind of Y's Men's Club.
Mr. Tomiya Ota, former member of Tokyo Club, attended after a long time. The closing chime at 8:45.
