Report of Regular Meeting November 2002

Chisato Koriyama, Secretary
The regular meeting in November is youth activity night. We had potluck by menettes like the usual regular meeting in November. We had the opportunity to learn the activity of the students who support Dhahapara clinic in Bangladesh.
Guests from Mandi, support group of Dhahapara clinic; and guests from Y3-East; and Mr. Takashi Kamiyama who appears on the new year meeting of Y's men to live in Tokyo; and Mr. Tetsuro Chino who achieves the 3rd attendance -- they created a busy regular meeting.
Mr. Kazuo Sato reported participating in "Tokyo and Beijing partnership tenth anniversary commemoration ceremony" in Beijing and "Seoul, Taipei and Tokyo YMCAs leaders conference" in Taipei. Mr. Sato exchanged with the Taipei alpha club in Taipei. Also, Mr. Akio Haga, contact manager of Tokyo YMCA and Tokyo Club, reported that the number of participants of the Edo Castle Family Walk became 71. After the pleasant meal, Mr. Makoto Haneda, Chairman of the Dhahapara clinic support group (Chairman of Tokyo YMCA and the Bangladesh Partnership Committee), made a speech about "the foreign country study and training in the university". He introduced the process that Obirin University, where he works, makes an international cooperation study and training program. He said: "We must not tie students to the campus in the bubble collapse. We must search the program to learn using the body. We searched to be engaged in the international cooperation mainly in the South East Asia. We resulted in the restroom construction in Bangladesh. All students became big in it. I appreciate the power witch support them." He explained this thing using the slide. After that, the members of Mandi wore folklore clothing and appeared. They, all the members, said about their activity to introduce themselves.

[Mr. Haneda and members of Mandi]
Y3-East introduced their activity. They requested the introduction of the recruit. The auction was proceeded by Mr. Toshihiko Matsuda, driver. We forgot that the time passed in the various programs. The closing point chime exceeded schedule time.
