After the dinner, Mr. Kuroiwa proposed the revision plan of the rule of the Tokyo Club. He had prepared it from before. The directorate had ended its reviewing. It was approved by the agreement of overwhelming multitude of the attendees.

The music program to which we looked forward: we invited the ensemble "olive", quintet of brass, instead of the usual guest speaker.
Beginning with the trumpet voluntary, the quintet (two trumpets, horn, trombone, tuba) played with the introduction of their musical instruments. The way of talking which is peculiar to the youngster in today caused our smile. We rose up gradually and reached the peak by "I Could Have Danced All Night" of My Fair Lady. After "When The Saints Go Marchin'In", they played "Vienna, City of My Dreams" at the light tempo; they got the clapping of all our members.
