It was the day like midsummer of clear sky, changed from this August which was the cool summer. In addition to the usual program, we had the plenty contents: we presented our Bangladesh Fund of the previous year to Mr. Minamimiya, manager of the community division of the Tokyo YMCA; Ms. Shoko Fujii, chairman of the Y's Menettes Commitee of the Japan-East Region appealed for the business of the Y's menettes; the past treasurer Mr. Yamamoto reported the settlement of accounts of the Tokyo Club in 2002-2003 which all the attending members approved by the clapping.
After the dinner, Mr. Hirotoshi Fujii, the RDE of the Japan-East Region requested us the cooperation with the function of the Japan-East Region; Mr. Uda, DSD of Membership of the Toshin District appealed for the effort to increase the membership; Mr. Mori of the Kyoto-Capital Club greeted.

In the guest speach: "A Time for Action!", Mr. Toshiro Takeuchi told the history, including the formation and the circumference situation, of the Atami YMCA which acquired the corporate status of NPO last year, and joined to the Japan YMCA Union formally this year. He described the establishment of the Atami Y's Mens Club in 1963; the episode of the 20th convention of the Japan Region in 1965 and the 51th international convention in 1975; the actions of a lot of Y's men which had not been recorded; the flow from the Atami Fund to the Japan-East Fund; his expectations to the Tokyo Club which is supporting the Tokyo YMCA. Next, he said in one breath about the present activity of the Atami YMCA supported by the 10 clubs of Mt. Fuji District; the establishment and the present situation of the Atami Glory Club; lastly, the semi-joining of the Atami YMCA to the Japan YMCA Union in the time of its establishment and its present and future.
After the Bangladesh Fund and the Smile Fund, we practiced "the hands of one person", which we would sing in the Convention of the Toshin District, by the guide of Mr. Kuroiwa and Ms. Isoda. Next, after the pleasant auction by Mr. Takahashi and the song of the YMCA, the closing chime of the President Mr. Tanaka finished the meeting.
