Appeal April 2004: What is the LT night?

There will be persons who doesn't understand LT. It is the initial of "Leadership Training" which is the monthly emphasis theme of April. The Y's men are the group of Y's (wise) persons who train their leadership to build the better world for all the human races.
"Mr. Kawata, you are young!" - "Yes, I become 88 years old next year, but I am young because I am a member of the Young Men's Christian Association (YMCA)."
The Y's Men's Club is the best club in the world which supports YMCA, at the same time, gives a worth living to each member, and supports our healthy development of Sprit, Body & Mind. Let's make efforts for developping and growing of each leadership and pray for the world in the 21th century to develop in peace.
Incidentally, our roster tells that LT is study and training to train up leadership as leader in the Y'sdom. Because the Y's Men's Club is the place of the self training, we can tell that our daily activity is LT.
