Appeal January 2005: Let's send the BF delegate from the Tokyo Club

The IHQ released: next year, the Asia Area sends BF delegates of full grant to 4 areas: 1. Australia (September-October 2005) 2. Canada (Canada Central Region) (September-October 2005) 3. The U.S. (Northern Central Region and Eastern Central Region) (September-October 2005) 4. Peru-Bolivia-Chile (Latin America Region) (March - April 2006).
The Tokyo Club has never applied for the full grant in the past. The Tokyo Club has the excessively enough right of application. But anyone could not travel in an itinerary of 3 - 5 weeks. This year, the BF Committee of the Tokyo Club recommended Mr. Kenzo Sato who applied for the Latin America Region. He obtained the approval of the Japan-East Region already; at present, he waits for the approval of the IHQ.
There are various types of international association. The past BF deligates say that the BF deligate can associate deeply with the Y's men whom he visits. Let's cheer him sincerely.
Mr. Shigehiro Hayashi, speaker of the regular meeting of January, talks about the Africa that he visited last year. The used stamps and the fund which we cooperate daily are utilized in such form.
