Appeal June 2005: Recollection of this one year

At the beginning of this year, I showed four important activities and policies: to make the regular meeting pleasant and charming; to develop a new CS business; to set a goal prepare and work; to promote the signing of the young generation to the Tokyo Club. While running, I wasn't conscious of them especially, but when I review this one year, I notice that I have managed the Tokyo Club to quite head for the goals.
When I planned the regular meeting and the events of the Tokyo Club, I made their contents have an unified theme: in the regular meeting, to learn feelings in the international scenes. I planned to lectures about India, Bangladesh, Africa, Palestina, the hunger, the food problem, etc. I made the frame of "Tokyo Y's Youth Club"; I took a step forward for my dream: "With the young generation". To promote the understanding of YMCA and Y's, I handled the activities of the YMCA Union, the international activities of the Y's Men's Clubs, the pursuing of a road to Wise Men. I tried a reinforcement of the CS: I added the lecture of the person who is familiar with the history of Edo to the "Edo Castle Family Walk".
I want to raise a small and good bud importantly. I wish especially that the growth of the "Tokyo Y's Youth Club" should give a power to the YMCA and the Y's Men's Clubs. I want to make efforts to support the management of Tokyo Club esteeming this starting point in the new year when we congratulate our 75th anniversary, too.
