Appeal July 2005: Challenge of the 75th year

The commemorable year of 75th anniversary started. I wish to respect the history and the tradition of the Tokyo Club; to catch the new wind; to unify all the members; to make a bressed year joined to the 100th anniversary.
But, regrettably, we have the reality witch disturbs our unification. A member who has contributed 50 years to the development of the Y'sdom withdrawns. I believe that he will return to the Tokyo Club and we can realize the purpose of the YMCA: "unify all".
I want to make efforts towards the challenge of the 75th year for the ideal, defeating such a reality.
My activity policies are as follows:

1.	Enrich the regular meeting: let's make the regular meeting pleasant and charming; let's try to attend the meeting firstly for the study and the friendship.
2.	Support the youth: let's realize the dream of the youth who takes the next generation; let's bring up the youth.
3.	Reinforce the membership: let's obtain new members and become the club of 40 members to get a further pleasure for the local community and the YMCA.
4.	Succeed in the 75th anniversary commemoration meeting, highlight of this year: let's respect the past; let's send a new wind to the future.
5.	Support the Toshin District: let's support completely as the host club of the DG for the development of our district.

The Tokyo Club begin the challenge of the 75th year.
