Appeal September 2006: Let's increase our pal more.

The person is born, he grows up, and via the adolescence and the middle age period, finally, he ends his lifetime after reaching the old period. In the same way, the organization like company and group reaches an expansion period via the forming and development period and either time, it becomes weak finally, it disappears. The rise and fall is a common run of the world.
Now, the Tokyo Club is indeed in the time in which it reaches a prosperity as a group which has one purpose. It is the pride and the joy of all the members. Then now, a theme was given to us: how we can keep this prosperity and connect to another development. In some countermeasures, there is the biggest problem: we must increase the number of members. Because the number is a power.
(1)The member must accompany one guest to one regular meeting in this one year.
(2)The other members must greet him friendly and make him say: "I have been pleasant and I want to come again."
We made these things the guideline of the activity of the EMC committee in 2006-2007. We will find a recruit in those guests. We expect the active participation of the whole members. Please reconsider your neighborhood. Is there not a candidate?
And I ask you another thing. I expect that the percentage of attendance of the regular meeting of September become 100 %. The defaulter must make-up attending another convention: directorate, etc. Please cooperate with the achievement of 100 % by all means.
