The regular meeting of July "Kickoff Night", our first regular meeting of this year, progressed in accordance with the program of the regular meeting of July presided by Mr. Shoji. At the opening time, we were informed that someone would be late by the preservation device trouble of the Tozai Line of the Tokyo Metro. Several members arrived late continuously. We decided to delay the opening time ten minutes later than the appointed time. Because the regular meeting of July was the first regular meeting of new year, we had a lot of events suitable for a new year: transfer ceremony of officers, greetings of new officers, official visit of DG of the Toshin District and guest speech of Ms. Kyoko Ochi, RD of the Japan East Region. The new President Mr. Tetsugoro Nakamura did the impressional greeting with his theme: "Light up a corner". Mr. Hiroyuki Tanaka, DG of the Toshin District, did the greeting of the official visit: "Let's realize the activities with the theme 'Enjoy Toshin District with Expectation'. Let's make a circle sub-club applying your hobby and circle activity. Let's support youth. Let's access to the website of the Toshin District set up recently." He told enthusiastically in a loud voice. He introduced the district officers.
