The Mitsui Club, meeting place of November, is situated on 54th floor of the Shinjuku Mitsui building belonging to the high-rise buildings group in Shinjuku. The view from the 54th floor is wonderful. But because it is too high, a little nerve is necessary to overlook the ground.
